Meet The Founders Of B&L James Constructions  

With 18 years of home construction and renovation experience, Managing Director Brenton “BJ” James passionately leads the B&L James team towards his vision. Together with his wife and business partner Laura, an experienced commercial interior designer with years of experience locally and abroad, they passionately design and build a masterpiece home for each and every one of their clients. 

Laura and BJ have three young boys who keep them on their feet, and a team of three amazing carpenters: Jesse, Rory, and Josh… who bring a diverse perspective to the team.

Laura and BJ will challenge you on what you may think you need to get the best solution custom to your family and your personality, and offer solutions you may not have thought about.
