Many of our recent new build and major renovation clients were living interstate while we constructed or renovated their home for them. 

This means we understand the extra “worry” you may have about engaging a builder while you are interstate, including:

• Not being on-site to check up on progress. Don’t worry, we’ll update you via telephone at least once a week. And you are welcome to FaceTime or Zoom-call us, so we can walk you around the site.
• Being unsure about the process for choosing materials, fittings, fixtures etc. In many cases, we can coordinate with a particular supplier near you.
• Not understanding local council rules and regulations etc. that may be specific to Brisbane. We’ll walk you through this process, every step of the way.
• Not having someone on-hand to answer or ask any specific questions about the build. Don’t worry, we’ll contact you via phone, or FaceTime, or Zoom if there are specific items we need to discuss.

We do our very best to remove the ‘feeling of distance’ you may have while we construct or renovate your home.
