2. “Does the D + C service cost anything extra?”

Yes, there is a fee for our D + C service, however this is an amount you’d usually invest in an architect or draftsman to create your plans. Our D + C service creates your plans and helps you avoid unexpected costs, variations, and hiccups because the builder is engaged right from the start in the design process. This means the entire process is smoother and more enjoyable for you, the client.
